The familiar becomes fascinating in Vegetables, a family of four placemats that combine robust and easy-to-clean woven textiles with the vivid precision of digital printing. This special edition began with a visit to NYC’s Union Square Greenmarket, where members of our design team selected a colorful array of farm-fresh produce. Back at the studio, cross-sections of individual vegetables were photographed at close range to reveal intriguing patterns and unexpected forms. Portraits of these natural wonders complement one another but can also stand alone. Reverses to solid ivory.
