We are an independent owner operated store. I show on web site stock in store with quantities available.

Note for some products there are multiple variations, use the drop down to select colour or sizes and see available quantities in store.

We carry a very large inventory with many items in stock.

Some products generally ship quickly so lead time can be 7 days for some items but can be much longer. 

Orders are processed same day or next day. Most shipping is picked up by lunch time EST and delivered to most Ontario and Québec next day.

Shipping is usually CanPar, UPS or Purolator.

Shipping cost and time depend on size, weight and where delivery is.

 

Store hours are always updated on our website at top of page. I can not update google, apple, bing and many other reference maps.

Please note: All sales are final, no refunds.

Any shortages or complaints will not be entertained unless notified to our warehouse in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No goods or packages are accepted to us without authorization. Packages shipped to us without consent will be disposed off.

Orders not picked up after 30 days will be restocked and a credit issued less restocking fee $25.and 30%.valid for one year period.

Changing a Delivery Address (Canada)

Once an order has shipped, any change of address will be subject to a $25 fee plus applicable taxes. This is due to a minimum change of address fee charged by nearly all courier and freight companies. Billing information will also need to be re-verified if you are changing your delivery address.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, the courier charges us a return delivery charge this will be charged to the customer. Any returned package will be charged shipping both directions plus a 30% processing fee.

International shipping

Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. All fees taxes and duties are responsibility of buyer. Please check with your country as to taxes and duties. 

 

Damaged product

We work hard to pack items well for shipping, but occasionally you may receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. First make sure you let us know within 24 hours of delivery that your product is damaged. When reporting the issue:

Outside Damage to the Package

If you receive a package with obvious damage to the outside of the packaging, but believe the item inside is intact, please advise the courier to record this fact when signing for your package.

Damage to Package and Contents

If a package appears significantly damaged, you can refuse delivery. It will then be returned to the place of origin. Please notify us immediately if this occurs.

Damage to Contents

If the packaging is intact, but the contents are damaged, please don’t throw away the original packaging. Take photos of damages to items and then contact us at info@studiopazo.com

 Please provide photos with your email.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items or special order items are not returnable.

Items missing original packaging or labels no longer attached are not returnable.

If your return is authorized, you can ship back to us at your expense.

Once we recieve your package will will review. Note all returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, sale items, clearance items, custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
