Please note: The glass jar is dishwasher-safe at temperatures of up to 125°F. The lid is not dishwasher safe. The oak is untreated. Therefore, wet foodstuffs and grease could rub off on the wood. Oak products must not be left to soak, but should be wiped with a wrung-out cloth.
