COLD BREW COFFEE

MAZAGRAN

Named after a cold and sweet Algerian coffee drink, designer Giulio Iacchetti created the Mazagran for coffee lovers to make the perfect cold brew. This method allows for an intense and full-bodied flavor, to be enjoyed during a hot summer day.

Cold brew is a coffee made using a slow infusion in cold water, which, by avoiding oxidation of the coffee, allows for a drink with a full-bodied, intense and sweet taste. A ritual of slowness: the coffee is infused for 8-10 hours and, once brewed, can be kept in the refrigerator for three days or more without losing its flavour.
