Swedish Grace, Louise Adelborg’s masterpiece, is perhaps even more well-loved today than when it initially made its debut at the 1930 Stockholm Exhibition under the name of Sweden’s ‘Nationalservisen’. By successfully conveying the impression of stalks of wheat swaying gracefully in the summer breeze, Louise Adelborg created a permanent place for herself, both in the hearts of the Swedish people and on their dining tables.
