The chair 66 is one of Aalto’s favourite dining chairs. As many other pieces of furniture designed by Alvar Aalto, this chair is part of the permanent collection of the MoMA. Compared to other dining chairs designed by Alvar Aalto, the number 66 has a higher back rest which makes it very comfortable and gives the chair its own individual look.
