You can extend the shelf life of your leftovers if you put a lid on the dish before putting it in the refrigerator, and the Grand Cru lid for the medium-sized ovenproof dish can also be used in the freezer. When required, it can be washed in the dishwasher at max. 55°C. The lid is completely free of phthalates and bisphenol A (BPA).
