Oiva Toikka is a legend of Finnish design. His iconic Iittala glass birds fuse Toikka’s passion for nature and blown glass art. Every bird has its own personality making it a one of a kind art object. Handcrafted and mouthblown at the Iittala Glass Factory, the collection embodies a rich fusion of glassmaking traditions. Birds by Toikka Snow Finch was inspired by the serene beauty of snowy, Nordic winters. Her small head and long, black beak sit on top of her plump, translucent white body covered in metallic silver marks that make her shine like the pure snow.
