Use this Rosendahl fillet knife to fillet your freshly caught fish or perfect portions of smoked salmon. The fillet knife is designed by Thomas Sigsgaard, with a focus on functionality and classic design. The knife is made of steel, and the rubber coating on the shaft ensures a secure grip whilst working. This makes precision portions easily achievable. The design for the pattern on the side of the shaft takes its inspiration from hunting knives, to create a unique user experience. The knife is not dishwasher safe.
