• Always extinguish by suppression. The flame must not be extinguished by blowing.
• Do not use liquids for extinguishing.
• Do not drop matches or other extra objects into the molten wax to prevent them from causing a flare-up.
• A burning candle or candle lantern must not be moved.
• Do not use scratched, chipped, or otherwise damaged candle lanterns.
• Never touch or move a candle or candle lantern when it is hot, but allow it to cool and the stearin to solidify.
• Remove packaging materials and labels before use.
• Remove the candle from its packaging before use.
• Do not allow the flame of the candle to touch the edge of the container.
• Only burn the candle for a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time.
• Do not burn the candle all the way to the end, but extinguish it when there is about 2.5 cm of stearin left.
• If the candle has more than one wick, all wicks must be lit, burned and extinguished at the same time.
