This small, efficient Rosendahl herb knife is perfect for cutting small pieces of onion and fruit, for example. The herb knife is made of strong steel and the rubber shaft has a side pattern. This makes for a good, secure grip on the knife. This totally sharp classic is designed to last; it uses the same grade of steel and has the same sharpening angle as previous Rosendahl knives.
