With blomst, each flower is separated from the original bouquets from Blue Flower and has been selected to best fit the shape of each piece, so that it can grow and blossom over the porcelain. In designing the blomst deep plate, the manner in which food is served today was a special consideration and inf luenced the depth of its couped shape.
