Dot fabric is characterized by a graphic simplicity where each dot is hand-painted and placed with care. Dot fabric, plaid blue beige has a soft blue tone at the bottom and beige dots, with mirrored colors on the back.

The pattern was designed by Inga-Lill Westman in the late 1950s. She drew inspiration for the polka dot fabric from the partridge's plumage.
