The graphic, geometric Siena textile pattern created by Alvar Aalto was inspired by the Italian city he adored – specifically, by its mediaeval cathedral on Piazza del Duomo, or so the legend goes. Siena is available in a variety of colours and cotton qualities, both by the metre and in the form of charming accessories.
