Banana holder in chrome-plated zamak. Dear Charlie was designed by John Truex. Dear Charlie is a support for bananas, whose shape is reminiscent of a small branch. The hanging bananas do not come into contact with the ripening gasses of other fruits and therefore are preserved in the most appropriate manner. The rubber-covered base, together with the object’s weight, guarantees stability on every surface. Dear Charlie can also be used as a support for other fruit or vegetables - a bunch of grapes, chillies, garlic - or it can hold jewellery such as rings, bracelets and earrings.
